1. Who you are dealing with

Sing Polish sells access to Polish vocal-music pronunciation materials — IPA transcriptions and native-speaker recordings — prepared by Anna Pych. Questions about these terms go to hello@singpolish.com.

2. Accounts

You need an account to buy or use anything here, because access is granted to an account rather than handed over as files to keep. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Give us an email address you can actually receive mail at — it is how we would reach you about a problem with a purchase.

You can change your password or delete your account at any time from your account page.

3. What you are buying

A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the materials you have bought, for your own study, teaching and performance preparation. Buying a single song gives access to that song; a bundle gives access to what the bundle lists at the time of purchase.

Recordings stream in the browser. You can also make songs available offline on a device you use, for as long as your access lasts: whenever that device is back online, what it holds is checked against your access, and anything you no longer have access to is removed from it. Signing out removes everything made available offline on that device. We do not promise that these technical measures are unbreakable — only that circumventing them, extracting the material from the device, or redistributing it however obtained, is not permitted.

4. What you may not do

Do not share your account, re-upload the materials anywhere, sell or pass them on, or use them to train machine-learning models. Do not use an institutional licence to cover people the institution has not licensed. Teaching from material you have bought, in your own lessons, is fine and expected.

5. Institutional licences

An institution may license material for its students. That access lasts for the licence period agreed with the institution and ends automatically when the period does, without notice to individual students. If your access came from your institution, it goes when their licence goes — anything you bought yourself is unaffected.

6. Payment

Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or hold your card details. Prices shown include VAT where it applies. One-off purchases are exactly that. Subscriptions renew each period until cancelled, which you can do yourself at any time — access then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.

7. Refunds

Every song has a free sample so you can hear the recording and see the transcription before buying. If something is broken, wrong, or not what the page described, write to us and we will put it right or refund it.

Consumers in the EU and UK normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. That right does not survive starting to use digital content you have been given immediate access to, which is what happens here the moment a purchase completes. We would rather fix a genuine problem than argue the point.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it is always available. The catalogue may change: songs can be added, corrected, or withdrawn from sale. Anything you have already bought stays available to you, save where we are obliged to remove it.

9. Ending access

You can delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that is sharing material or otherwise breaking these terms; where that happens through no fault of yours, we will refund what you have paid for and cannot now use.

10. Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Beyond that, our liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to what you have paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. Material changes will be notified to signed-in customers; continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which Sing Polish is established, and the courts there have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country you live in.
